NY Screening of "Mr. Brooks" Starring Kevin Costner, May 29, 2007

The big premiere for this film, which also stars Demi Moore and John Hurt took place last week in Los Angeles and all the stars came out. Tonight, we had a special screening at the Tribeca Grand Hotel. Publicist Janice Roland let all the photographers shoot inside the hotel in a nice space away from the sun. The only star from the movie who walked the red carpet was star Kevin Costner who brought his daughter, Annie. Also present were Kyle MacLachlan and the gorgeous Zachary Levi who will get to see on NBC-TV this fall.

At the tender age of 61, BLONDIE legend DEBORAH HARRY is as hard at work as ever. After a solo summer jaunt in the U.S. with the True Colors Tour and a brief European tour with Blondie, Harry will release her fifth solo album, "Necessary Evil" on August 7. The release will mark her first solo record since 1993's "Debravation", a recording many would rather forget (and probably have).
The catchy first single from the new album is titled 'Two Times Blue' and is available to stream now. If anyone stumbles across an mp3, please share the wealth!
Today, she was joined on stage by British singer Lily Allen who was spotted reading her favorite New York Newspaper, THE NY DAILY NEWS before her performance.

Survivor: Fiji Reunion Show and Finale

well, everyone was disappointed that Yau-Man didn't win. Of all of the Survivor finale's that I have covered, this was the mellowest one. Everyone that walked out of the Ed Sullivan Theater where the finale took place seemed down in the dumps, and it was perhaps because Yau-Man didn't win. At least the next best choice DID win the million dollars, Earl Cole. The final 5 (Earl, Dreamz, Boo, Cassandra and Yau Man) were all there along with host Jeff Probst.

ABC TV Upfronts, May 15, 2007

At first it was to believed that there was a "lock-down" on the photographers who were credentialed to shoot this event at Lincoln Center. It was just WireImage, Getty, AP, Reuters, and Retna. A big group of us waited several hours and then we were told we were going to get a large double sided pen. It turned out to be perfect, aside for some nasty backlighting conditions later in the afternoon. ABC has the best shows, and we got almost everyone to walk the "carpet" in front of us: the women from "Deperate Housewives:" Nicolette Sheridan, Eva Longoria, Marcia Cross, Terri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, most of the group from "Lost:" Terry O'Quinn, Matthew Fox (who looked incredible), Josh Holloway, Emilie deRavin, Naveen Andrews, Michael Emerson and Evangaline Lilly, America Ferrera who looked as radiant as ever, Kate Walsh, Sara Ramierez, James Pickens Jr,"Dr. McSteamy" Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart, Chandra Wilson, Ellen Pompeo from "Grey's Anatomy," Ashton Kutcher, Jerry O'Connell, Christina Applegate, Laura Prepon and Bryan Greenberg (it was GREAT to see them-this means that "October Road" has been picked up and Bryan assured me it was), Rebecca Romijn, Rob Lowe and MANY MANY more. It was a super event with great talent from all my favorite shows!
