Roger Kuhn..."What's Your Name"

I have not had the pleasure to see this musician perform live yet...I never even heard of him until tonight.

I love the show "Queer As Folk" (some of the hottest men on tv, and great story lines--too bad it is on in just reruns nightly at 11pm) and I left the tv on as I went into the computer room to work on images from 2 big photo shoots from today. All of a sudden, I heard this fantastic voice singing from the other room and I rushed back in to hear this very catchy tune. It didn't hurt that the video was shot in my old neighborhood near Washington Square Park in Greenwich Village. "What's Your Name" is one of the few songs I have heard in many years that I just love. Googling Roger's name, I found out he is local--he is from Brooklyn. Hopefully, he will be performing somewhere soon. His tune is still in my head.

Quickest Photo Op ever, but all went well. Valerie looks like she did back during the days she appeared on tv in "One Day at a Time"

Celebrity Chef Curtis Stone, February 20, 2008

I love the shoots I get where EVERYONE is just wonderful.
Chef Curtis Stone is charismatic, personable, and extremely good looking (with a great Australian accent). Curtis prepared 5-ingredient or fewer recipes to encourage home chefs to enter the Green & Black’s “Chocolate Challenge.”
Everything he made looked amazing.
Delish!!

From Curtis' website:
Curtis is a 'young gun' Australian Chef, classically trained in London under the legendary Marco Pierre White. He is the face of a new generation of Chefs. Curtis is an author and presenter of the globally successful cooking/lifestyle program, 'Surfing the Menu'.
Currently he is filming one of America's most popular reality/cooking shows titled, 'Take Home Chef'.
His success in the US has been phenomenal, with People Magazine voting him as one of the sexiest men alive.

World Premiere of "Vantage Point" at the AMC Lincoln Square, February 20, 2008

Columbia Pictures had a great heated tent for us and they lit it better than any premiere has ever been lit. KUDOS to everyone at Columbia.
Walking the red carpet were the stars of the film Matthew Fox (and his wife Margherita Ronchi) , Dennis Quaid (with his wife Kimberly), Sigourney Weaver who looked stunning and Forest Whitaker (and his wife Keisha).
We even had a cat, perched atop his owner's head, trying to see all the action.

"Sweet Bitch" Wine

back in October, 60 of my sorority sisters from college met back up in Rochester. For most of us, including myself, it was the first time in 23 years that we went back to the college, and the first time we also saw one another. It was spectacular, and reconnecting has been amazing.
Last weekend, several of them came into NYC and we got together. Cyndi was in my pledge class in the fall of 1980 and she brought over this great bottle of wine. I am not much of a wine drinker (or any alcohol, for that matter) but I loved the name of the wine as well as the bottle. Well.."Sweet Bitch" had it all-a great looking bottle, a fun name, and it tasted great.
